El venezolano pactó con el equipo de Parque São Jorge hasta julio de 2021 y recibirá 400 mil dólares mensuales para trabajar en Timão, según reveló en exclusiva UOL.
Con la llegada de Otero, el lateral Carlos Augusto debe marcharse. El Corinthians liberó al jugador para viajar a Italia y adelantar el acuerdo con el Monza. Tras recibir una propuesta de 3 millones de euros (unos 19,6 millones de Reales), el Corinthians hizo una contraoferta. Luego pidió 4 millones de euros (26,1 millones de Reales) y el 50% en una futura venta del lateral.
Las negociaciones habían iniciado el lunes. Pero todavía faltaba un acuerdo acerca del salario del jugador, que en Atlético Mineiro gana mucho más de 400 mil dólares.
